Charge higher prices those buy more than 3 of any produce to stop stock piling.
For those stock piling charge higher pricing for at the shops. If buying any more than 3 of any item charge a higher cost and double the pricing.
Despite restriction on shopping and timings the big stores like Aldi and Morrisons are still stripped bare by 9am in the mornings and there still no food, no toilet roll, and no one else is able to buy what they need for the week. Its becoming very difficult and starting to both put people's mental and physical health at risk.
