Gov to pay 80% of pay up of £2,500 instead of SSP during the corona virus.
Match the 80% of £2,500 given to job retention scheme for those who only receive SSP when off sick because of corona virus
So that those who have to continue working and may be at more risk due to the jobs they do are compensated in the same way as those who are part of the job retention scheme.
