Bring forward the plans to abolish VAT on e-publications to help citizens who are staying at home to support our nation in these troubled times.

During these times when people are concerned about finances and are social distancing or self-isolating access to cheaper books can offer many benefits.

Additional Information

To provide opportunities for people to buy e-books that will allow people to further develop professional skills.
To enable people to learn new skills by purchasing e-books
To encourage parents to buy e-books and read with and to their children while schools are closed.
To allow parents to buy school e-books to help with home educating.
To promote literacy across the nation as a welcomed distraction to the disturbing events that are unfolding across the world.
