Have an NHS Day or Emergency Services Day each year as national recognition
Establish an annual NHS Day or Emergency Services Day so the public can acknowledge the daily hard work and commitment to the public and the unbelievable efforts each and everyone of them make during major crisis such as the coronavirus pandemic
