Hold a public enquiry to check for institutional sexism in the judicial system given that 85% of all prisoners are male.

Additional Information

Whereas it may be argued that men are more inclined to acts which may lead to imprisonment, the vast difference between the numbers of men and women which are held in prison warrants an inquiry to check that there is not some fundamental bias in the judicial system.
