Accommodation,bills and credit cards etc.
To pass a law which will freeze payment of accommodation utility Bill's credit card,loans including council tax.
This will release pressure of going to work to prevent further spread, exception of .front line workers and staff.

Suspending payments for council tax, mortgages, utilities and loans is a matter for individual councils, mortgage providers, utility providers and lenders, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
