Treat self-employed the same as employed during the Coronavirus epidemic.
Treat self-employed with the same monthly salary protection as the employed. Pay 80% of the last declared tax return income up to £2500.00pcm. Government know what self employed earn as its on the tax return and they have paid taxes on this amount.
Introduce emergency pay measures as have been introduced for the employed.

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
