To demand borough Councils temporary suspend controlling parking hours.

Additional Information

During limited availability of
products in stores affects people who move by personal transport in searching of food.Traffic wardens are instantly fining for stopping.
Due to the lack of necessary products in stores motorists go around several grocery stores until they find what they need.
Parking fees for just to enter the store and see an empty shelf and exit immediately are inappropriate.When a credit vacations are granted, it’s absolutely not ethical to pay a fine for trying to buy salt.
