This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The Government has published guidance on social distancing, and granted police new powers to enable the police to enforce this guidance by instructing people to go home, leave an area or disperse, and issue fixed penalty notices. The Government has also made it clear that visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays does not constitute essential travel, and that people must remain in their primary residence.

Maintaining public order and taking action against individuals whose actions are outside the law is a matter for individual police forces, and not the Government or Parliament.
