Extra pay allowance for NHS staff for work of objectional nature.
The Armed Forces when deployed get an allowance for work of objectional nature. With the current on going situation in reference to COVID 19, they fully deserve some sort of benefit.
My daughter is an NHS nurse and has not had a mask for over 2 weeks due to no supplies which is awful. However she still turns up every day and carries out her duties of a nurse caring for others. I'm an ex soldier and I would not want my men doing this type of work if they didn't have the correct equipment. This is from first hand experience when we went to war without body armour in 2003 and some paid the ultimate price.
