Setup SMS Text system to allow Public to provide accurate COVID-19 data
Setup four free SMS text numbers for public to use
For those with NO symptoms - do nothing
Just symptoms - text no. 1 with NI or Medical Card no.
For Full COVID-19 - text no. 2 with same details
If recovered - text no. 3 with same details
If dead - family member to text no. 4 with same details
This system would be able to cross-check supplied NI or Medical Card no. with Government databases to provide near real time COVID-19 infection data, allowing targeting of resources.
The system should provide feedback to each text by replying with the initials of the person whose data was supplied.
