Allow Businesses to retain Vat or PAYE To boost cashflow
Allow businesses to retain VAT or PAYE to ease cashflow during Covid-19 up to a certain amount predetermined by turn over or overheads.
This would allow businesses to keep cash in the bank to help them through this difficult time. Aid from the government simply will not come quickly enough to save some businesses and by keeping the reserves for VAT and PAYE there is a higher chance businesses will be able to come out the other side of this. As a business owner it concerns me that a lot of our customers will not be trading after this.
