Petition Action

Compulsory self isolation for over 70’s, to protect those who are still working

Petition Details

Instate compulsory self isolation for all uk citizens over the age of 70, so that those who are currently working to pay their bills can protect themselves from COVID-19 as advised, and obtain financial support.

Additional Information

You have advised the over 70s to self isolate, and those who are retired can do this. However those who are still working over the age of 70 cannot, as they are currently have no entitlement to pay support if they self-isolate when the company they work for is still trading.
You are forcing the over 70’s into infected areas, going against all of your own guidance!
