Stop Council Tax in England, Wales & Northern Ireland During COVID19 Outbreak
We call on the Government or Parliament to consider stopping Council Tax payments for an appropriate amount of time amidst COVID19 particularly for people on low incomes and the self-employed etc. Many will feel that they have to work to pay bills and Council Tax and thus risk spreading the virus
