No extradition to death states
No extradition to death states
The UK should never extradite anybody to a state that does not have abroadly equivalent legal system. In particular, extradition to a state which has the death penalty should never be considered, even when such a penalty would not be appropriate for the alleged offence. No state with the death penalty can be considered to respect human
rights.
