Petition Action

Refund students for the early closure of universities and strike setbacks

Petition Details

Due to the early closures of universities because of the coronavirus this has resulted in many students across the country not gaining the university services they have paid for. As well as also missing almost a months worth of lessons in addition to the teacher strikes.

Additional Information

In addition to this we are also paying for university facilities such as the library which is inaccessible. This leaves students having to look at other means to complete work which has led to alot of mental strain and stress.

Students are also having to continue to pay for student accommodation. However now universities have closed they are incurring costs which is not benefitting them because they no longer need to live at the accommodation. In some cases resulting in some getting into debt.
