Landlords still charging rent shouldn’t get a freeze on their mortgage
Landlords/home owners have been given a freeze on their mortgages of three months, I do not think it is right that they should get this break and tenants should still be charged rent. Anyone who freezes their mortgage should also freeze their tenants rent.
It is the right thing to do, one party cannot succeed while the other suffers during this outbreak
