Petition Action

Suspend the Nursing and Midwifery Council subscription fee during Covid pandemic

Petition Details

In order to remain on the NMC register, nurses and midwives have to pay the regulator £120 per year. In light of the increased commitment to the general public we are all having to demonstrate during the Covid-19 pandemic, the fee should.be suspended as a good will gesture.

Additional Information

Our professions are facing huge demand, we are working more tirelessly and with more commitment than ever whilst exposing ourselves and our families to the outbreak. A good will gesture on light of this would be to at least not have to pay £120 a year for the privelige.
