Introduce voluntary COVID-19 policing scheme to the public
The police shortages will make enforcing the "stay at home" measures difficult, so this petition is to suggest that the government introduces a scheme where members of the public in the lowest risk categories can register to receive the powers to serve fines to those disrespecting the rules.
