Self-employed and those on zero hours contracts to be paid Critical Income.
Government needs to protect these two groups from total loss of income during the coronavirus emergency. The income to be paid via individual tax coding.
These two groups are particularly vulnerable financially, and often run, or are involved with small businesses vital to the country's economy.
