PPI - Banks should be forced to repay 25% fee

Additional Information

All those who have been forced to make a PPI claim should be able to reclaim their 25% reclaim fee from their bank.

Only now are banks offering a refund & this is unfair to those who have already claimed & been charged a 25% fee.
