Move all bank holidays to a time after Coronavirus Lockdown

Petition Details

To move Bank holidays to later in the year after the removal or restrictive movements due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Additional Information

The NHS does not benefit from Surgeries closing during this time for Bank Holidays. Shops are closed, Staff will not benefit from these days occuring during times when lockdown measures are introduced. Hard work and determination during this difficult time should be rewards by additional holidays when families can spend time together outside of home.

Bank holidays will put additional strain on Secondary/Community services/111 whilst Primary care is closed.
