Force Student Accom. to release students from tenancy agreements (Covid-19)
Allow students who are no longer in their student accommodation due to Covid-19 to be released from their tenancy agreements
Many students have returned home or are in the process of returning due to the closure of Universities.
Release from their tenancy agreement will relieve the financial pressure on students especially in such complicated times.
Unlike students, accommodation companies will be able to claim insurance and access government help.
