Increase pay for NHS staff and/or pay them a hazard bonus.
Support NHS staff the way they deserve to be supported, via pay, equipment etc
NHS staff are the front line fighting the war against coronavirus. They are putting their lives and families at risk to save us. We need to fix the NHS industry. For too long its been in bad state. Now is the time to reward the NHS staff, support and keep them. We also need to make sure we are equipped for the next pandemic so we are not rushing about for equipment like face masks.
