Freeze credit history files, late payment fees and late payment interest
Many people are going to face financial hardship over the coming weeks due to COVID-19.
Please freeze credit history files, and late payment fees and interest for at least 12 weeks from 1st April 2020 to give those effected opportunity to adjust
