Aid in the capture of Joseph Kony

Additional Information

i quote from the MoD: "The aim of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces is: to deliver security for the people of the United Kingdom and the Overseas Territories by defending them, including against terrorism; and to act as a force for good by strengthening international peace and stability."

I don’t feel safe with Joseph walking this earth, how can the government allow a sick man who has killed/raped/captured over 30 thousand children and not help in the capture, the people have spoken and they want action, even if it’s doing the same as America and deploying advisor’s, anything that shows the UK doesn’t support terrorism.
