Legal limit to tax burden

Additional Information

The current deficit and the austerity the people of this country are now facing is a direct result of waste and borrowing by Government. The Government should be legally entitled to only tax the people by an agreed percentage of income (e.g 35%). Any political spending above this must be funded by savings in other areas. Governments of the future must learn to live within it's means.
