Introduce a right to work from home for office/i.t. staff to help our country
Introduce the right for office staff, I.T workers and anyone who can work from home, to be able to do so, if they choose to, for up-to 3 days a week without needing justification and without any form of penalisation from employers.
This low cost change offers many quick win benefits including
Less traffic on our roads, easing the demands on our transport network.
Less pollution, aiding the fight against climate change.
More time to care for elderly relatives.
More time to care for children and cut childcare costs.
A healthier society: Freeing up time to take more exercise, helping us cut down on obesity and improve mental health too.
