Make Mersey Tunnels Free during lock down.
Make Tolls free during lock down
Tolls should be free during Covid 19 outbreak as they should only be being used by key workers.

The Mersey Tunnel is managed by Merseytravel, which is the responsibility of the Liverpool City Region, not the Government or Parliament.
Nonetheless, Merseytravel have announced that Mersey Tunnel tolls are currently suspended to support key workers: www.merseytravel.gov.uk/customer-information/coronavirus-useful-information-for-our-customers/
