All drivers that had the test cancelled due to covid 19 should be graded
All learner drivers who have had Thier driving test cancelled due to coronavirus should be graded a similar way to schools. Asking the instructor on how the candidates performance.
So many people rely on driving for travel to work
Those who had plans in place or had bought a car in advance before passing the test now have to change those plans
It would ease the pressure of the amount of tests wanting to be taken when the tests eventually restart
A driving instructor would only send a candidate if they believed their ready but they now have to wait months and spend more money on lessons to keep up with driving practices

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The provision of driving tests is a matter for the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, and not the Government or Parliament.
We have published a petition calling on the Government to allow certain learner drivers to drive unsupervised for a limited period, which you might like to sign: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/308523
