Petition Action

To close all online retailers not just the shop fronts against COVID19

Petition Details

While retailers are closing shop doors they are just moving it to online. Many people work in the warehouses where these non essential items come from. These warehouses are spreading the problem while their company's are making profit at the detriment of workers, family's and the community's health

Additional Information

As Government required to close shops some companies closed just part of the warehouses or did not close at all as they offer online retail. Employees have a choice to work under pressure with a risk of being ill and get full pay or they can take unpaid leave. They will not be paid 80% of their wages as promised by Goverment as the warehouse was not closed. They are not afford to stay at home as they need to pay bills and support their families. They work even there are vunerable people at home.
