Many are being identified as Key Workers , surely the leadership and management of the country should be Key

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Employees are legally entitled to annual leave, and employers are required to enable their employees to take this leave. The Government has relaxed rules on annual leave, allowing this to be carried over to future leave years, to support key industries during Covid-19.
