Petition Action

Let high risk people claim a percentage of their wages

Petition Details

Enable all members of society who are considered high risk and have received a NHS notification to isolate for 12 weeks following the coronavirus to be furloughed and claim percentage of their wages if their employer will keep them on the pay roll.

Additional Information

Being an individual who has received a notification from the NHS to isolate myself for 12 weeks but can only receive statutory sick pay, unlike some other members of society who can be furloughed and receive 80% of their wages. I believe we should all be entitled to claim a percentage of our wages.
