to give everyone that owns a house free solar panels

i want the government to realise that the money they are using at the moment can go towards more important things. buying solar panels for every house because at least then we are trying to help the world. we as humans havent been here long enough to realise that maybe global warming is a natural cycle, but if its not and we are destroying our planet then shouldn't we be doing something about it? i am 14 years old and we have been studying this at school and we need to prevent global warming !!!
