Reopen Victoria Park
Reopen the park whilst the corona virus situation continues in order for everyone to do exercise and get fresh air. With the park close people are using roads to get exercise and are therefore closer in contact and the disease will spread more quickly.
Reopen the park with patrol and let people know they cannot sit in the park for any period of time
