Help qualified foreign nurses who work as Band 4 and HCA to be part of the team.
We can help the government to cope up the shortage of the nurses at the same time the government help us to be part of the team.
Shortage of nurses is a biggest problem here in United Kingdom. We have huge foreign qualified nurses but working as Band 4 and HCA at NHS. Why not to give us a chance to be part of the team. This is the right time to work hand in hand to fight for COVID19
