Make the NHS Ambulance Service an Emergency Service
At present the NHS Ambulance Service is an essential service.
Surely the Covid 19 pandemic and the Ambulance Service response to it shows that the NHS Ambulance Service is an Emergency Service.
For the Ambulance Service to be recognised as an EMERGENCY SERVICE
