Stop unnecessary Construction Works to reduce the risk of spreading COVID19
Unnecessary Construction Workers are still going to work sites even though there is no guarantee they are able to maintain the social distancing guidelines whilst on a building site.
These sites need to be temporarily shut down to stop the spread of COVID19.
This is not necessary work at this time and can be halted, this would result in thousands of workers not socially interacting, a relief on public transport and a hopeful reduction in the spread of COVID19 amongst households.
By continuing to allow thousands of Construction workers to go to sites, this is not supportive of the governments guidelines on social distancing and is putting thousands of families at risk who are complying with the new social distancing rules.
