Remove the £50k earnings limit for self-employed to access government funding

Allow self employed earning over £50k to access government funding during Covid-19 pandemic

Additional Information

Whilst the chancellor reports that the 5% earning over £50k/annum earn an average of £200k, there are many that are just above the threshold meaning that they will receive no access to any funding during the pandemic. Remove the earnings limit so that it reflects the PAYE package.
