Allow health care workers and NHS workers to earn more than a footballer does.
To allow all social care workers and nhs staff an increase in there wages which is similar to what a footballer would earn. As this work puts so much risk to themselves and there families than what a Premier league footballer does.
Also for the work that all social care and NHS workers do I feel thier work isn't appreciated enough and to somehow recognise what they do more. To clap for our workers on the same date every year. March 26th at 8pm.
