Petition Action

Grants for small businesses who’s rates are included into rent payment

Petition Details

To provide small businesses with the grants if the rates included into the rental payment as per lease agreement.

Additional Information

A lot of small businesses pay rent with business rates including. And in this case the landlord will be granted with Business Grant but the actual business owner who is suffering from the current circumstances will not be able to get any help and support!
Not every lease owner will act morally and will keep chasing for rent payments from the business owner. Do not grant every rate payer with the Business Grants as they might be just a premise owners and do not actually run any businesses inside.
