Award £1,000 a month to NHS frontline staff + a 10% pay rise in 2020 and 2021.
Parliament must recognise that NHS staff are not fairly rewarded for their vital work and that the current pandemic has so raised the risks to staff that the risk and their exception contribution is not fairly rewarded nor recognised.
The current worldwide crisis and huge risks faced by our NHS staff, which arise because of governments lack of preparation and inappropriate spending priorities, are not recognised in current pay rates.
These risks were not part of the understood contract between staff and The NHS.
