Lift the £50,000 cap for self-employed affected by Coronavirus
The government has offered help to all employees affected by coronavirus, even if they earnt over £50,000 through the furlough scheme. Why should self-employed be worse off than an employee?
Lift the £50,000 cap to make it fair and equitable.
It is quite clearly unfair. Why should an employee be treated better than someone self-employed?
