To mark 26th of March as national NHS day every year
I want to propose a national NHS day on 26th of March every year from now on to remind everyone how important they are to everyday life and how lucky we are to have such a wonderful system institution
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want the Government to do something to acknowledge the role of the NHS, but it's not clear exactly what you want the Government to do. The Government is not responsible for designating "national days".
We have started a petition calling on the Government to create a new Bank Holiday in recognition of the NHS and all its amazing workers, which you might like to sign: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/303882
We have also started a petition calling on the Government to award Covid-19 medals to all emergency services and involved armed forces, which you might like to sign: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/302613
