Can we ask the government to get nhs self employed to be out of IR-35 rule
From Cleaner to Prime Ministrer , all can work through limited company, why can’t the nhs self employed, as we are a big part of nhs worker community as well , the regular employes should be able to work through limited company, as normal.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you are unhappy with how the IR35 rules are affecting some people who provide services to the NHS, but it's not clear what action you want the Government to take to resolve this.
We have published the following petitions, which you might like to sign:
Revoke IR35 Legislation that is causing significant damage to UK businesses: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/300458
Amend the IR35 Reforms to re-instate the 5% allowance for all contractors: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/302056
If you want the Government to take an action that is not covered by the above, you could start a new petition stating clearly what you want the Government to do.
