Mint a medal for all NHS staff to commemorate the Covid19 pandemic
Provide a medal to all NHS and ambulance staff to commemorate their actions on behalf of the country during the Covid19 pandemic. To be issued in two classes, a bronze version for all staff who worked in none patient facing roles and a silver one for those who dealt directly with patients.
The country showed their appreciation and support for the NHS on the evening of Thursday 27th March but a more permanent commemoration should be made in the way that soldiers are issued with campaign medals for their service.
