All UK employees forced to stay home To Get Full Pay During COVID-19 Virus
I would like it to be made mandatory for all companies operating in the UK to either pay full pay or automatically switch their employee to furlough for those forced to stay at home during the COVID19 outbreak
Its unfair for people to struggle loosing wages through no fault of there own.
Some Companies are choosing not to Sign up to the CoronaVirus job retention scheme leaving many employees in a financial struggle. and most employees feel forced to work, thus breaking government guidelines of staying at home, people feel like they have no choice but to work and it seems companies are making decisions what seem to only benefit themselves and not the overall safety of the employees.
