Let voters in England, Wales and Northern Ireland vote in Scottish independence referendum
Voters in England, Wales and Northern Ireland should have a vote in the Scottish independence referendum. This matter affects all members of the United Kingdom. The government should include all English voters in any referendum concerning Scottish independence.
