Make sure more self employed people can get help during the coronavirus period
At the moment the 80% grant for self employed does not include the newly self employed people with no tax returns. Also the people with a new business over last few years, which are now only this year making a profit. It is unfair to destroy new upcoming businesses which are vital for the future.
Include the 2019- 2020 tax returns in the grant. If not at 80% rate then consider 50%.
