Increase penalty and/or offence for public spitting
Habitual spitting in public is common amongst the young leaving pools of spit at bus stops and gathering places. This can be walked on to buses and poses a virus contamination threat
Tightening the laws on spitting will almost certainly reduce instances specially where a large financial loss is involved.
